About me
I am a sustainability strategist and co-founder of Cotton Diaries, dedicated to reshaping cotton supply chains into transparent, just, and regenerative systems. My journey across the global textile industry—from luxury fashion brands to direct farmer engagement—has equipped me with a deep understanding of the complex challenges and opportunities within cotton and fashion today.
I hold a degree in Fashion & Textile Design and a Master’s in Agroecology/Organic Agriculture. My experience spans roles like fabric development at Burberry, responsible sourcing at FatFace, serving as the Intelligence Director at Transformers Foundation and the Cotton & Fiber Crops Lead at Textile Exchange. This diverse background gives me a holistic view of sustainability, enabling me to offer strategic, hands-on guidance to my clients —ranging from brands, manufacturers, and farmers to NGOs—helping them shape and transform their practices. My mission is to build connections across silos, bridging gaps between supply chain segments to enable organizations to operate in harmony with both people and the planet.
I am Italian-born but internationally raised. I've lived in 4 different countries, and worked across the globe, becoming fluent in multiple languages and perspectives. I am highly versatile, and I strive for bringing fresh new perspectives into the room, finding meaning in whatever I do.
